The company began its journey in 1996 with a job-work contract on toothbrush manufacturing. From the beginning, the Company relied upon the best available technology in the Industry and carried out the business with state-of-art toothbrush machines imported from Germany and Belgium. After successfully completing 20 years in toothbrush manufacturing, the Company decided to embark on manufacturing and marketing of its own products. Toothbrush has been started from 2015 under the brand name merlin and within next 5 years, it became a prominent brand in Indian toothbrush market with a significant market share.

Enthused with the success of toothbrushes, in 2020, the Company decided to extend its range of products. Incidentally, existing members of the board of directors have very long experience in tea plantation, production and marketing. Thus after a long study, the new venture of merlin’s packet tea products have been launched; presently with two SKUs; GOLDWATER and BEST BUDGET and many more variants are to come.

The Company has already established an all India net-work of approximate 400 customers directly dealing with the Company and the numbers are increasing regularly.
